Adrián Regnier Chávez born in Mexico City, Mexico in 1989. Lives and Works in Mexico City, Mexico. Has a degree in Visual Arts by ENPEG ‘La Esmeralda’ Adrián’s work has been selected, screened and awarded in more than 60 festivals, biennials, shows and video art, film, animation and contemporary art competitive programs regularly since 2012. Some of his major exhibitions incluide: 1. Animation Avantgarde @ Vienna Independent Short Festival 2017, Vienna, Austria, 2017; 2. Digital Aura @ 3. W:OW Project – We Are The World @ ; 4. FILE + Anima @ Electronic Language International Festival, @ Sao Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, 2017 . Additionally, He has been awarded several grants, such as the Program to Support Production and Research in Media and Arts by Multimedia Center, CENART (México, 2016-17), Artist in Residence at Casa de Velázquez, by MADATAC (Spain, 2016), the Young Creators Grant, by National Fund for Culture and the Arts (FONCA, México 2013-2014), and the 2014 Grants and Commissions Program, by the Cisneros Fontanales Art Foundation (CIFO, U.S.A., 2013-2014).
